Zwolle municipality offers houses to over 120,000 people in seventeen districts. In order to make the right decisions for their municipality, the municipality wants to be able to have easy and efficient conferences.
BIS advised Zwolle to opt for an interactive touch screen in order to fulfill this need. Through the screen, all software applications can be managed by the touch of a finger, which means that simplicity, efficiency and interaction during conferences, presentations and brainstorming sessions are achieved.
Because the municipality of Zwolle feels that stable work is important, an energy efficient 55 inch (140) LED screen was installed. Furthermore, all cables have been concealed for an clean look and to prevent falling or tripping incidents. User-friendliness is optimized because the uses can easily connect their laptops and tablets via the Cable Cubby that is integrated in the table. A central managing system completes this space.
