The audiovisual equipment in the headquarters of the listed CFE Group was provided by BIS. Nowadays the beautiful building has several floors full of collaboration tools. After a visit in our showroom by the customer with in-depth discussions and an on-site visit by our advisors all choices were made.

CFE books rooms in a smart manner

It is not surprising that room management systems are popular. You get a clear insight into the availability of rooms and simply book a room via your calendar or smartphone, including the facilities you need. Each meeting room is equipped with an Evoko Liso room booking panel with 3 types of status LED indicators.

Digital Signage for optimum communication

In the corridors, coffee and dining area BIS has installed professional digital signage displays. By doing so, all useful messages and events are communicated to the staff. In addition, news, weather & traffic information is also displayed. With BIS ID, BIS offers a well thought-out digital signage concept with which you can easily visualise your message and target it on your audience. At any time this messaging can be adapted to a location, target group or time.

Samsung FLiP: collaboration for everybody

Collaborate, brainstorm, meet… a must in today's business world. However, in practice it is still not easy to facilitate this. Equipment that supports interactive forms of collaboration often has many possibilities, which sometimes makes its use unnecessarily complicated. Various smaller meeting rooms are equipped with the Samsung FLiP. Whiteboarding but also making simple connection with the laptop were part of the key expectations. Taking this on board, we have proposed a VisionShelf. The VisionShelf by BIS is a practical solution to show a presentation from your laptop on a large-format screen without visible cables. Ideal for rooms where the furniture can be flexibly installed.

Integrated way to collaborate

The medium-sized meeting rooms are fitted with 55” Surface Hubs. Microsoft Surface Hub differs from other solutions for team collaboration because important components, such as hardware and applications, are fully attuned to the application, the user and each other. It has been elaborated in detail and much attention was paid to perception, intuitive use, convenience and versatility.

Wireless collaboration on a high-end videowall

The popularity of video walls and multi-screen solutions takes off. Not only in control rooms, but also in boardrooms, auditoria, great halls and lecture halls. And that is not surprising considering the visual impact of video walls and the sharp drop in costs. Presentations, dashboards, infographics… image communication is also becoming increasingly important in today's business world. In this case, Samsung UM55H-E video wall screens were preferred. With a bezel of 1.7 mm, the edges are negligible and by means of the 4K daisy chain feature razor-sharp images are displayed. Quick and easy presentation via a Clickshare system. Barco’s ClickShare makes it possible to show information from laptops wirelessly and simultaneously via projection technology, an LCD/LED screen or a digital whiteboard. You simply plug the one-click USB button into your laptop, tablet or smartphone and the image is displayed by one single click on your screen. Sound is also transferred and directed through the Canton soundbar in the meeting room.

In brief: BIS was allowed to create a number of beautiful rooms for efficient (video) meetings for the CFE Group headquarters. We thank CFE for the trust they have placed in us and wish them many efficient and carefree meetings.
